A friend recently complained to me that the AntiVirus software that I had him install on his computer was causing a lot of problems.

I was in a couple’s home trying to fix their Internet connection.
The husband called out to his wife in the other room for the computer password. “Start with a capital S, then 123,” she shouted back.
We tried S123 several times, but it didn’t work.
So we called the wife in.
As she input the password, she muttered, “I really don’t know what’s so difficult about typing Start123.”

A guy calls a help desk and complains that there is something wrong with the software on this system. He tries to login to get his emails, but the software refuses to download any nor allow him to look up any that are stored local. It even refuses to start.
He complains that the email software is horrendous and it needs to be updated, erased, use something else or whatever else his tirade is about.
